PROTECTION OF USER PRIVACY

On behalf of Provence Decor, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of Provence Decor (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

 

PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

REFUND

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Provence Decor is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

The complaint procedure is initiated at the customer's request by telephone and/or electronically by sending an e-mail to the address info@cvecaraonlinebeograd.rs

When making a complaint, the buyer (complainant) is obliged to communicate/deliver the following information to the seller: name, surname and contact details of the applicant (address, telephone, e-mail) and invoice or other proof of purchase (copy of invoice, slip, etc.) disputed product.

In accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018), the buyer (complainant) is hereby informed that the seller's authorized person enters the records of received complaints and processes personal data of the complainant which are necessary for the purpose of registration in the above-mentioned records and complaints, namely: first and last name and contact details of the applicant (address, telephone, e-mail), as well as that by communicating/submitting the requested data, the customer gives full consent to the processing of the mentioned data on persons for the purpose of complaint.

The buyer (complainant) is obliged to return/send the object of the complaint to the seller, at his own expense, to the following address: Jasenička 7, Voždovac, Belgrade. At the latest within 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint and the subject of the complaint, the seller will respond electronically to the consumer on the reported complaint and explain his response. The seller's response to the buyer's complaint can be positive (the complaint is accepted) or negative (the complaint is rejected). In any case, the response must contain a decision on whether the complaint is accepted, a statement on the customer's request, a specific proposal and a deadline for resolving the complaint if it is accepted.

The deadline for resolving the complaint cannot be longer than 15 days from the day the complaint was submitted. If, for objective reasons, the seller is not able to satisfy the buyer's request within the agreed deadline, he is obliged to inform the buyer about the extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint and specify the deadline in which he will resolve it, as well as to obtain his consent. The seller is obliged to record this in the records of complaints received. Extension of the deadline for resolving complaints is possible only once.

DELIVERY OF GOODS AND POSSIBLE LIMITATIONS

The planned delivery time is 1 hour from the moment of ordering at the earliest 

 If we are dealing with an area in which delivery is only received on certain days of the week, we will promptly inform you of the delivery date after receiving the order.
